Let’s meet a Fitness Coach

 Let’s meet three coaches working with people to improve their wellbeing and fitness. This will be a live chat so please bring your questions to be answered by these interesting women. You will meet: Anaberta Reyes, also known as, Betty. Betty comes from Panama, her husband’s work brought her to Germany 4 years ago. Betty is a mum of 2 and a passionate yoga instructor. Amy is a British mum of 3 daughters who came to Germany from the UK 8 years ago. Amy started off as a lawyer but is now a nutrition coach with a keen interest in fitness. Amy has worked with Wellway Sports in Erlangen and is studying to become a personal trainer. Daniela Bernsteiner (Dani) is a busy mum of 2 and is in charge of a very successful division of BuggyFit. Daniela is passionate about women’s fitness.
